My commissions are not to be used for commercial use or AI generation without explicit permission from me beforehand. I may add extra fees for commercial uses.I may add the art to my portfolio. I may also post the art on my social pages unless requested otherwise.I may decline a commission before starting as I see fit, whether it be due to me not having the skill to pull off what's asked of me, not being given enough reference and detail to complete a work, or other reasons I will specify to the client.
Payment should be 50% up-front, and 50% upon completion of a work.I accept payment via Ko-Fi, PayPal, and CashApp as of current, other payment methods may not be usable.
If you wish to refund a commission, you may do so any time, but only during the sketching process will a refund be applicable. If a work is cancelled during the sketching process, the client may be refunded between 50-75% of the total cost depending on how far along in the process I was (50% only if the sketch was finished).If I need to cancel someones commission myself, I will refund 75% guaranteed during the sketching process and 50% during the rendering process.If the client is excessively rude, harasses me or others, I may cancel the commission with no refund of what they have paid.
Up to three total revisions may be made during the sketching process, afterwards additional fees may be added onto the work.After I complete a work, a non-watermarked .png will be sent to the client. No physical product will be delivered.
